Since January 2006 he is the elected Secretary General of the World Association for the protection of Tangible and Intangible Cultural Heritage in times of armed conflicts.
Supervises research on low and high tech applied to cultural heritage. Consults and/or manages international programmes for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the World Bank and the EC.
He gained more than 25 years of professional experience in Architecture, Urban and Regional planning, Cultural Heritage Management and Arts and Crafts in Africa, Europe, Latina America, the Middle East and USA.
