Saadet GUNER, (Ms): FOCUH) Turkish, economist, and chief retired from General Directorate of the Foreign Relations of the Central Bank of The Republic of Turkey in 1998. She is dealing with the negative and positive factors in the sustainable development of the countries, such as wars, terrorism and protection of the cultural heritage since 1996. From 2000, she designed and coordinated five Projects in Turkey for unemployed and destitute persons within the frame work of the Social Risk Mitigation Project (SRMP) of the World Bank. From 2005, she is elected President of the Executive Board of the Friends of Cultural Heritage (FOCUH) which is the directed four EC Projects in Turkey as beneficiary or partner.
